The timetable below lists the classes Berce teaches in-person. However, some have temporarily moved online. If you’d prefer to take an online class, please have a look at the online classes.
Berce’s classes are open to all levels. Classes focus on asana (posture) practice, aligned with the breath, to create balance within the body and mind to prepare yourselves for long periods of meditation. In the classes, emphasis will be on improving your overall physical health whilst aiming to find a state of mental calmness and clarity at the end of your practice. Expect to create smooth transitions, challenge your strength, and hopefully explore some new postures and techniques.
